All units are the same price. Price differences
are based on season only. All units have 2 bedrooms and sleep a maximum
of 8 (babies included). Units 7,8,11,12,26,27,30 & 31 have 3 toilets,
but only 1 shower/tub enclosure which can make larger parties of 5 -
8 a bit challenging. All other condo's have 2 or 2 1/2 bathrooms. Pets
are not allowed on the premises (no, not even in your car). Rates are effective as of 01/01/07.
Silver Season (1st Saturday of January
through the 1st Saturday of April; and the last Saturday of November
through the 3rd Saturday of December.)
- $250.00 for one night only
- $225.00 per night if two to four nights
- $1000.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
Gold Season (1st Saturday of April
through the Last Saturday of November.)
- $275.00 for one night only
- $250.00 per night for two to four nights
- $1100.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
All Holiday Weeks (President's Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas & New Years) Rates apply through whole week.

- $275.00 per night for two to four nights
- $1200.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday only)
