So that you can benefit from ownership, it has been decided to sell remaining intervals very substantially below our cost.

Silver Season is comprised of weeks 1 through 13 and weeks 48,49 & 50 of a given year. Reservations for Silver Season open up on the 14th Saturday of the preceding year and close on September 30th. Silver weeks sell for less than Gold weeks.

Gold Season is comprised of weeks 14 through 47 and weeks 51 & 52 of a given year. Reservations for Gold Season open up on the 16th Saturday of the preceding year and close on December 31st. Gold weeks sell for more than Silver weeks.

Maintenance fees (also called Homeowner Dues) are currently $600 per year.

Property taxes are 1.2% of the purchase price.

If you purchase an interval at Mountain Retreat, you will receive a Fee Simple Title for that specific unit.
